Après plusieurs semaines, et bon nombre de sessions Skype, l’auteur Stephen McCranie célèbre son succès. De plus, il veut également célébrer l’arrivée de son troisième roman graphique : « Belly Flop » (nous l’avons commandé de l’avance). Pour ce faire, il nous envoie des liens pour que nous puissions voir non seulement le lancement officiel du texte, mais aussi TOUTES les images complétées au cours de chacune de ses sessions. Dans le même ordre d’idées, il nous parvient un fichier PDF TRÈS spécial en raison de son contenu! Puisque nos quatrièmes ont assisté à une session Skype, M McCranie a décidé de partager un livret contenant les personnages principaux de ses bandes dessinées « Mal & Chad ». Ils peuvent être imprimés, découpés, et pliés… de véritables créations artistiques! En fait, les élèves pourront possiblement créer de nouveaux scènes et/ou de nouvelles aventures!

After several incredibly busy weeks, and a mountain of Skype sessions, author Stephen McCranie is celebrating his success. Furthermore, he is also celebrating the launch of his third graphic novel: “Belly Flop” (which we have pre-ordered). To help us participate, he has sent some great links. If you thought Stephen McCranie was done… think again! He has also sent along a very special PDF file. Since our Grade 4 classes participated in one of his Skype sessions, Mr. McCrannie decided to share an incredible digitally hand-drawn booklet. Students will be able to print, cut, colour, and fold the two main characters from the “Mal & Chad” series! Who knows, they may even choose to create new scenes and/or new adventures!
