Incroyable : deux jours, quatre assemblées, deux livres et deux langues… J’espère que tout le monde s’est bien amusé grâce à deux auteurs talentueux (Audrey Penn et Lane Smith) ! J’ai beaucoup aimé partager deux de mes auteurs préférés ainsi que leurs textes. De plus, j’étais très impressionnée de la réaction des élèves, ainsi que du personnel, et des parents! J’ai tellement hâte de partager d’autres textes cette année. Cela dit, l’échange de livres commencera la semaine prochaine!

Incredible: two days, four assemblies, two books, and two languages… I hope that everyone enjoyed themselves, thanks in part to two talented authors (Audrey Penn and Lane Smith)! I really enjoyed sharing two of my favourite authors (and their stories) with everyone. Furthermore, I was truly impressed with the student, teacher, and parent reactions! I am looking forward to sharing other texts with you throughout the school year. What a perfect way to kick-off book exchange, which will begin next week following library orientations (and scavenger hunts, too).
